I’ll Forget You – Lior
Oy, folks! It’s been brought to my attention that I haven’t blogged in a while, and for that I apologize. That past couple weeks have been pretty hectic, and now it’s 4:30 AM, Nick’s snoring, and it’s the first time I’ve had to blog since my last post. Be impressed.
So, since my last blog I’ve had a couple big things happen. For starters, my friends and I signed the lease on a beautiful heritage home in the “Hippy Area” of Victoria, and to be completely honest, I couldn’t be happier. I’ll be living with Nick, Meghan, Peter, Anikka and Robert. In case you’re wondering that the boyfriend, the bestfriend, the 2nd degree boyfriend, the 3rd degree girlfriend, and the boy-bestfriend/2nd degree boyfriend 2.0 (In order, of course) Was that simple enough for y’all stalkers to grasp?
In other news, I also got accepted into the Fashion Design Program at Pacific Design Academy, PDA for short. I’m so excited, I can’t even put it into words. This is a dream come true, and I’m so excited for everyday of the rest of my life.
Smaller news, but still news the the less include things like I spent the weekend in Vancouver this past weekend. I learned two very important things. 1. I should never, never, never leave Meghan alone in Victoria on St. Patrick’s day with a bet on a McDonalds bib. and 2. I don’t like beets. Apparently it’s really strange that I’ve never tried beets before, but I knew I wouldn’t like them.
The current events are small things, doing a few photoshoots a week, looking for a real job, weighing out the pros and cons of staying in Victoria over the summer, or heading home. In all honesty, if I can get a full-time job here starting in June, I’ll stay.
Anyways, I think my 3rd coffee of the day is starting to wear off now, so I’m join to hit the hay. Night! xx
